We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Ottawa Youth Chess Day!
Our full team will be on-site, including at least four players rated over 2000 CFC, one International Master, and several other experienced volunteers. The event will feature multiple interactive stations for participants to rotate through—such as a simultaneous exhibition (simul), game analysis, puzzles, and blitz matches.
Due to the limited size of the venue, we will need to divide all participants into 2 groups, as the event has a maximum capacity of 80 attendees.
-Group 1 will attend from 12:45 PM – 2:45 PM
-Group 2 from 2:50 PM – 4:50 PM
This is a great opportunity for parents unfamiliar with our programs to see firsthand the kind of high-quality instruction and engaging chess activities we offer. We can’t wait to welcome you!
