- There will be 4 rounds of rapid games (15min+10sec) and 3 rounds of blitz(5min+3sec), which will make up your total score.
- The rapid portion will be a CYCC Qualifier, anyone who earns at least 2/4 points will qualify
- CMA rated & CFC rated, Trophies for top 5 in each section (Grouped by Ratings: 1000+, 800+, 600+,400+,unrated+)(Rating groups are subject to change depending on how many players register)
- All participants will receive a participation prize including a medal and a custom chess pin, trophy for top female
- You can request a (0.5 point) bye for any of the first 4 rounds
- Free game analysis by expert Matthew Zhu (CFC 2200+) during rounds and after the tournament
- Registration Fee: $40 per player before April 26 at 10PM. No registrations onsite.
